The Sales Inspector role is intended to build sales and retention efforts by learning the household needs of our clients. As an outside sales role, the incumbent in this position develops business and retains and services clients in the specified geographic region. This role establishes key relationships with existing and new clients in order to offer targeted support and services upon review of the customer’s specific needs and concerns. This important sales role will serve customers along with branch teams. Incumbents in this position should be highly driven by sales metrics and have the ability to sell on every call regardless of the initial reason for the call. Incumbents in this role will act to educate and inform customers of the products and services provided in an effort to provide top level protection of their home. Highly qualified candidates must be comfortable making multiple house sales calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

What does a SALES PRO’S day look like?
Partner with the Service Pros to identify proposal opportunitiesInspect the homes of new pest control customers, and prospect referrals.
Complete annual termite renewal inspections for existing customers
What SOLUTIONS do Sales Pros offer?
Crawlspace: Encapsulations, vapor barriers, vents, borate treatments, and insulation
Termites: Baiting, Termidor HP liquid wraps, and borate treatments
Rodents: Attic exclusions, crawlspace exclusions, and attic remediation.
Pests: Pest control, mosquito reduction, fire ants, German roach and bed bug services.
What are the EXPECTATIONS of a Sales Pro?
Attend a weekly branch training
Report on daily activities
Conduct 5 to 6 inspections per day
Propose 2 to 3 solutions per inspection
Close 1 to 2 sales per day
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check and work in a drug-free workplace
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
Physical ability be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
Customer service experience
Proven Sales ability
Basic math skills

This role establishes key relationships with existing and new clients in order to offer targeted support and services upon review of the customers’ specific needs and concerns. Incumbents in this role will act to educate and inform customers of the products and services provided in an effort to provide top level protection of their home. This role requires a high degree of professionalism in interactions, in both internal and external communications. This position will acknowledge and track customer preferences and stay informed of sales strategies, packages and promotions and effectively relay all details to customers.
