Aruza Pest Control Holdings (a Concentric Equity Partners portfolio company) announced it acquired Anthem Pest Control’s Texas and South Carolina operations—specifically the Houston, Dallas, and Greenville, S.C., branches—from Anthem’s Atlanta-based parent company. The deal marked Aruza’s second add-on acquisition of 2023, giving the company a launchpad into the Texas market while also strengthening its presence in Greenville. Anthem had scaled quickly, growing from about 1,500 accounts in 2017 to more than 35,000 across three states, and Aruza said all branch-level employees would stay on after closing as part of its growth plans in Texas.
