What to Expect During Your Aruza Home Health Inspection
When you schedule an Aruza Home Health Inspection, you can expect a professional, transparent, and educational experience from start to finish.
Your inspector will confirm the inspection date and time in advance, arrive as scheduled, and begin by explaining the inspection process. Most inspections take approximately 20 to 45 minutes, depending on the size and layout of the home. During this time, the inspector will thoroughly evaluate all applicable areas and document conditions related to pests, moisture, and overall home health.
At the conclusion of the inspection, your inspector will spend an additional 15 to 20 minutes reviewing the findings with you. This includes clearly explaining any current or potential issues identified, answering your questions, and providing practical recommendations for treatment and prevention. You will receive a written inspection report along with a detailed, written proposal outlining solutions tailored to your home.
