How it works

Save compared to paying monthly on a credit card

Credit cards are an easy way to pay, but not a great way to borrow. High rates and accrued interest mean it’s often unclear how much you’ll actually end up paying. Here’s a few reasons financing could save you money in the long run.

Financing FAQ's

  • Will taking out a loan impact my credit score?

Accepting a financing offer can affect credit. Repayment behavior will also affect credit — paying back on time can have a positive impact while paying late will have a negative impact. It’s easy to set up automatic payments to ensure on time payments and help build a positive credit history.

Checking your eligibility for financing does not impact your credit score (learn more here ).

  • Will viewing my finance options impact my credit score?

No. When checking your eligibility, Wisetack and its lending partners perform a soft credit pull, which means that your credit score will not be affected. However, accepting a financing offer can affect credit, and repayment behavior will also affect credit.

You can learn about the difference between a soft versus hard credit check here.
