Aruza Pest Control announced it has acquired HomeMasters Pest Control, a Smithfield, North Carolina–based company, in a move designed to deepen Aruza’s footprint in the state by increasing service density in key markets such as greater Raleigh and Smithfield. The acquisition also expands Aruza’s revenue mix across pest, mosquito, and termite services. HomeMasters will continue serving customers with the same technicians and office staff who have supported communities including Johnston, Wake, Harnett, Sampson, and Duplin counties for the past two decades, now backed by Aruza’s broader operational resources. Company leaders described the deal as a values-aligned partnership focused on maintaining a strong customer experience while supporting continued growth.
