Aruza Pest Control has announced the appointment of Angela Farman as Chief Financial Officer, marking a significant addition to its executive leadership team during a period of rapid growth.
Farman brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience, particularly within recurring revenue and service-based businesses. She most recently served as CFO of a private equity-backed pest control platform, where she led mergers and acquisitions, managed complex debt structures, and built high-performing finance teams across multiple locations.
In her new role, Farman will oversee Aruza’s financial strategy and operations, with a focus on building scalable systems, supporting continued expansion, and strengthening the company’s long-term growth initiatives. She will also play a key role in capital planning and strategic M&A activity.
